Does this sound familiar?

You’re ambitious but tired of feeling stuck. You know you’re meant for more, but your goals keep getting buried under the weight of obligations, work, and distractions.

Have you experienced any of the following?

  • You set big goals at the beginning of the year…but by March, they are still on your notes app.

  • You try to balance family, work, and your dreams, but you're not making meaningful progress.

  • You start strong, but struggle with consistency and motivation when things are no longer new or when life gets busy.

  • You constantly rewrite the same goals in your journal or planner, and wonder why you still haven't checked them off yet. Year after year.

  • You crave structure, but systems you’ve tried feel overwhelming or too rigid to fit into actual life.

  • You are disappointed by your lack of personal integrity and wonder, why can’t I just follow through like I say I will?

  • You know what you want to achieve but don’t know how to break it down into actionable steps you’ll actually stick with.

  • You’ve tried doing it alone, but deep down, you know you need accountability to stay focused and finish strong.

If any of this resonates, know you aren't lazy or broken. You just haven't had the right code to help you move the needle.

I'm a Goals And Habits Coach. I help purpose driven achievers follow through on what matters most through clarity, habits, and accountability. Let's get to work on your goals!

Why You Should Work with Me

From a young age, Acsah has had a desire to care for people and affect positive systemic change. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Health Education and Master of Health Administration degrees from the University of Florida. Acsah’s background as a healthcare administrator fueled her passion for customer service, service recovery, and process improvement. She has served in leadership roles in retirement community, hospital, and church settings.

For the past five years, she took a career pause to lean into family life full time. In the thick of postpartum and young parenting years, she discovered goal setting and habit tracking in a way that changed her life for the better. So much so that family and friends asked how was she able to do it. As a Goals and Habits Coach, she has given her time, talent and passion to create a 1:1 goals coaching program which has seen multiple clients successfully hit multiple goals. She hosts her own faith based group goal setting workshop titled Called and Committed and  has been invited to teach these life skills as a guest speaker in small group settings.

Acsah loves Jesus, her husband and two children, traveling the world, singing, coffee and reading.

Sara, Accountability Partner

"Working with you, Acsah, has brought a new level of clarity and consistency to how I set and pursue my goals. Your intentional presence has helped me stay focused even during difficult seasons. Knowing that you’re in my corner—cheering me on, praying for me, and holding me to my commitments—has helped me stay consistent in both my annual goals and daily habits.

You don’t just show up; you show up with purpose. Everything you say or suggest is grounded in thoughtfulness and direction. Your dedication to your own growth, your family, your faith, and your clients is inspiring. It sets the tone and reminds others to stay committed too. You know how to encourage people while also lovingly challenging them to rise higher. It’s a rare and powerful balance.

Rather than any one specific goal or habit, what’s been most impactful is the consistency of our weekly check-ins and the space you create for us to speak our intentions out loud. Knowing I have someone who shows up every week with the same level of commitment has kept me grounded and accountable.

I’d tell them that working with you is a gift. You bring clarity, encouragement, accountability, and a deep sense of purpose to everything you do. If someone is serious about making progress and wants someone who will walk alongside them with intention, grace, and truth—you’re it. You don’t just help people reach goals; you help them become more of who they were created to be."

"Working with Acsah has taught me to identify what really matters to me and set measurable goals that I can work toward in really concrete ways. I had never thought about identifying regular habits to achieve my goals, but this framework of creating normal daily/weekly rhythms to reach goals makes the process really stick.

The best thing about Acsah as an accountability partner/coach is that she asks great probing questions. Even when I think I have a solid plan, she is able to help me think a little bit deeper to really align my goals and habits. From all of her experience (both personal, and from the clients she's worked with) she is able to advise on how to make goals or habits more measurable and attainable. Finally, she is kind: she sees me, understands me, and that understanding is what underlies how she operates as an accountability partner and coach.

I started working with Acsah as a postpartum mom. In the first few months my goals felt incredibly vulnerable and silly (like flossing my teeth because the dentist gave me a bad report). But in the last year I have been able to establish routines for caring for my home, regularly track my spending and reduce my unnecessary expenses, and manage my health in a way that is sustainable rather than a short-term diet. She has helped me get from "silly things I need to do" to identifying *and achieving* priorities for a year!

If you're on the fence about working with Acsah, I'd say do an honest self-assessment about how well you've done working toward your goals on your own in the last 6-12 months. If you're not seeing the progress you wish you had, accountability may very well be the missing piece. Working with Acsah will help take you from "I tried to change XYZ" to "I am actively making progress toward XYZ every week by doing these four things, and here's the data on how I have grown in the past few months."

"Working with Acsah was one of the best decisions I could have ever made. I was at a point in my life (mid thirties, wife, and mom of 3) where I was feeling very stuck. I had so many goals that I wanted to accomplish but never could seem to fulfill them. I would start strong and then lose steam half way through. So when Acsah told me about her coaching program, I decided to take a leap of faith and hire her. I never could have imagined where this would take me and where I am today. From the very beginning, Acsah was motivating, encouraging, and cared deeply about me meeting my goals. She was consistent with daily and weekly checkins and remembered even the smallest details. She problem solved with me in order to help me achieve better success and cheered me on the entire 12 weeks. Most importantly she gave me the tools and habits to continue to meet my goals. I’m so thankful for Acsah and this experience!"
